CD jukeboxes traditionally give the customer the choice of circa 60 CD’s this in turn gives the customer the choice of circa 600 tracks to choose from. CD jukeboxes are Digital Jukeboxes these can range in capacity but can offer up to 25,000 different tracks. Digital Jukeboxes are updated via a phone line or by the way of an update CD. Town and County can profile a Jukebox to your needs, in order to maximize revenue. Digital Jukeboxes will profile themselves over a period of time, with songs that are not played being deleted and more popular categories being added.
Pool Tables, Town and County have long been established in the supply and operation of Pool tables. Pool tables can be offered in the following sizes (all in feet) 6x3 Pool Table, 7x4 Pool table.
Town and County find the most suitable size for most locations is the 7x4 Pool table, this is the standard sized table used in most pool leagues. The 7x4 will fit most locations and enable the player enough room to play, without taking up to much valuable floor space. Town and county have a strict valeting program to ensure all of our Pool tables are kept in top condition in order to maximize your cash box.
Town and County machine management, organise new machines and new technology testing. Machine Management will organise suitable sites, analyse the machine and income performance. Machine Management will provide test data both for the customer and manufacturer. Once machines have been successfully tested, they will be purchased in line with the customer requirements.
Machine Management will organise machine purchase, the machine specifications are customer specific when they go through the Town and County workshops. Any new sites, the machine management team member will visit and survey the site, understand the customer requirements, so we deliver what the customer is expecting, via the Town and County Installation team.
Once the machines are installed, we provide a regular cash collection. The Town and County collector will empty the machine, count the cash in box using a Hand Held Terminal producing the customer receipt.
We provide engineer service cover 7 days a week, delivering on average a downtime of 120 minutes. Through machine management, cash box income is analysed daily, exceptions investigated and if required action organised accordingly and the customer is involved in that process of action. Machine management proactively organise machine changes, we do what we say we are going to do and do it. Any machine changes discussed and agreed with the customer, key objective to maximise the cash in box.
